"We only stayed one night while road tripping to NPs, but had a great stay. Steps away from the entrance to Zion which made an early morning hike a breeze. The front desk staff was super helpful and the town of Springdale so cute! Felt clean and safe. Would stay here again!!"

"It’s a 9/10 stay. I would stay again for sure. Beautiful views and well kept property. Unfortunately no breakfast or lunch options - even just coffee and bagels would be nice, and almost no public space to hang out in if the person you’re staying with is sleeping and you want to be up and about (a few chairs in the lobby by the front desk and that’s it). Otherwise, perfect for our trip to Zion. Shuttle stops directly in front of lodge. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and room and my extended family enjoyed our stay and I would visit again. In fact, I wish we had spent more time in Zion as we only stayed two nights. I just want to share that it is quite unique to find a hotel with a 12 noon checkout time which we had planned to use every minute. However, on the morning of our checkout we had packed up most of our stuff and went to the pool. We left behind a suitcase, a reusable tote of food, a paper bag of just purchased food, a hoodie and some other non material items. At 5 minutes to noon we returned to our room to retrieve those items and our room had been cleaned but the cleaning crew was still at our door. She didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate but my items were gone, except for the suitcase which was outside our door. I was so upset, shaking and confused so I went to the front desk. The manager was extremely pleasant and understanding and he (Raymond) walked with me back to room to help me retrieve my items. Again, this wouldn’t stop me from staying again. The manager was extremely understanding and explained that the cleaning crew thought we had checked out but I just want others to know to consider using your do not disturb tag or leave a note or make it clear that you will be staying until noon.
