Adamton Country House Hotel

Adamton Country House Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Rooms were clean, could do with updating, there is a restaurant on site , but only did minimal food, bar on site , there are vending machines, that only take only money, but the machine you had to muck about with it to get the snacks as the door was dodgy. Signal is weak, location is lovely"

"First time here , but the rooms were fairly spacious , clean, and I always check mattress! Excellent , good lighting , lovely bathroom items provided , shampoo etc, my only wish would be that the shower wasnโ€™t in the bath ! Due to bad knees , but water hot and good pressure , tea coffee fasciitis provided in room , we ate in the restaurant , food was great , well priced , and hot on arrival. Breakfast included , buffet style , good , plenty on offer , ( but the tea was not very warm , ) all in all great value for money , very friendly staff in all areas , and Iโ€™d definitely stay here next visit to Irvine . โญ๏ธ"

"Brilliant stay. The staff were so friendly and kind. The surrounding area is beautiful. The use of the gym, spa, putting and pool facilities is great to have. My room was a little small but this was fine for my solo business stay and had all the required amenities and more (minibar, Nespresso machine, good TV, robe). Breakfast was cooked, not a buffet and was tasty! Will definitely be going back when Iโ€™m in the area."

Carlton Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The room (and possibly the entire hotel) looked to have been renovated recently? No air conditioning in the room and so it was a bit uncomfortable during the night. We only realised there was an electric fan at the back of the cupboard as we were leaving ๐Ÿ™„. The staff were nice and the parking was plentiful. Well located at the Ayr end of the high street and not too far from the beach. The breakfast was very tasty and they offered a good range. Overall we were very happy with our stay."

10/10 Excellent
"Overall, this wee hotel was excellent. We stayed there 3 nights with my kids. Staffs are outstanding, we had to check in after midnight. After wondering around the pub, bit worried, then call to their number and staff let us checked in. They were extremely helpful and friendly . I am not sure about customer service desk in the pub. Sometimes, bar staffs are little rude .. when hotel guest asks them for anything .. mistakenly! The hotel is in great location, lots of amenities around, lots of parking."
