"Really lovely hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value.
It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential.
Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe a small card or laminate with a simple breakdown of how to use may be helpful for future guests, particularly if they drink tea.
I'm due to book again next year though and looking forward to it"

"Great hotel, can't really fault it.
I booked very late on the same day for work purposes and they called to let me know a wedding was on and my room was directly over it, they offered to waive any fees if i were to cancel which I appreciated.
I went anyway but it's great communication by the hotel to call and mention the wedding,
The noise in the room was crazy, but it died down at 10:30 and stopped completely at 11pm so not bad and I was warned so no complaints there.
The room itself was very comfortable and spacious, had a great night's sleep in the bed and the rain shower was great.
I had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good.
Overall, highly recommended and I will be back!
