what i did not like: room was fine, not crazy dirty but our fridge was completely broken so we couldnt leave any drink or food in there. There is a ceiling light that doesnt turn off so whoever stayed in the room before ducktaped some instant noodle cup label over it to block the light. Almost felt like i was watching the lunar eclipse every night.
WHAT I TRULY LIKED: short distance to walking street/food market. Easy ride to the airport. Front desk and hotel staff were friendly and the best, we forgot our expensive fishing rods by the walking street and the hotel manager was driving me around to look for them and calling the police department to check the cameras. We were able to find the cleaning lady and found our items on the street and brought it back to us all within 30mins right before our flight. And for that i am forever in debt with your kindness and generosity. Thank you!!!

You won’t be disappointed staying at the Dusit Princess. The staff are warm and friendly. The staff are always checking to see if you need information or suggestions of where to visit. The Thai restaurant delivers great food and the pool and bar was a most welcome place to relax by. Rooms were spacious and clean. A free shuttle bus to the airport was also well received after a long flight.
I highly recommend a stay here and “My” the customer service manager was so lovely and accommodating.

"This location was absolutely amazing, from the Authentic Indian Cuisine to the hospitality. If you can speak with Aidan (Ahn), he can suggest some must-dos not too far from the resort. One of the best resorts I've stayed in this far."

"This is by no means a 5 star hotel, rather a good 4 star. For those who are well travelled and used to 5 star hotels, you will be disappointed.
