Had a great stay! Was a pity it was only for 1 night. Loved the place, very clean and comfortable room, great size with plenty of space, and the bed was perfect. Location felt safe as well.
Front desk staff was super nice and friendly, recommended good food that is nearby.
For those who drive, parking felt secure as there is a main gate to go through with card access late at night.
Totally recommend!

The room was small but it had everything you needed. The way it was laid out with hidden storage was thoughtful. I also enjoyed reading the copy on the shampoo and soap bottles etc. Would definitely stay again and will be checking out other CitizenM hotels too!

Good location and assessable to Universal Studios, Chinese Theatre and Citadel Outlet areas.
Hotel is a mini-museum with lots of pictures and signatures of actors/performers on the walls.
There is a great diner place within the hotel and the food is fantastic.
Overall, a good experience.

This is really a very good stay for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and provided everything you need. Breakfast was simple but definitely sufficient - plenty of spreads, many choices of packet beverages, creamers. Breakfast also includes pancakes from an automatic pancake maker, hard boiled eggs, packet milk, toasts, bagels, gluten free bread, apples, bananas etc
