"The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. The air conditioning unit was not working. We contacted the Princes Wharf team who said they would get someone to look at it. No one came despite asking a second time. It is a sunfilled apartment so the indoor temperature would have been at least 30 degrees as the outside was 27 degrees. "Beautiful hillside cabins, well designed and decorated. Quiet area and lovely views of the bay. Cabin was well equipped with everything you need, just bring food and clothing. Oh and drinks :)"

"Stunning location with a character-filled house. Private rocky beach. Lots of books and games to entertain. Owners happily accommodated a late checkout request. Well heated. We loved our two nights here! And hope to return one day. Waiheke really has something for everyone!"

"Incredible in every respect, except they’d run out of sanitisation wipes at the gym and they weren’t replenished during my stay. Hygiene, especially with gym equipment is really important and there was no way to clean things. I’m sure it was temporary glitch. "

"From check-in to check-out, customer service was superb! They knew we were from out of the country, so they got us into a room earlier than check-in, provided us with recommendations for activities and dining, and upgraded our room! The room was clean, spacious, and had wonderful views of Auckland Harbour."
