We stayed at the Ohtel for over a week during our first ever visit to New Zealand. This hotel is great, especially for newbies like us. It's super close to the waterfront district with great choices for dining and drinks, and a very easy walk to downtown for shopping. We loved the mid-century decor, and the rooms are quite spacious. Make sure and get a room with the standalone tub! Take note you will probably have to ask for them to re-fill your mini-bar if you want more water. We had a small issue with our shower door, but the staff were quick to repair it while we were out for the day. Definitely a fantastic boutique hotel in central Auckland with a very helpful and friendly staff!

Room was good for the one night. Bed was hard and felt springs. The room was also akward to negotiate as tight to maneuver.
