Grand Millennium Auckland
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay with Grand Millennium Auckland was fantastic. We purchased a Club Access room which was very worthwhile. The food in the Club lounge was fresh and delicious. Pre Covid we used to come to GM and enjoyed the Club deal too. We did miss not being able to order a hot breakfast in the lounge this time...but that's the only criticism we have. Loved everything! Thank you."
"We stayed in a regular room, 3 adults with two queen beds. The room was large. I had asked for a shower chair and informed during booking that I will bring suction grab bars. After 3 days, the shower chair did not materialize. I was told the hotel could not get one. We moved to the smaller accessible room ( one leg amputee ).
The housekeeping staff did not place sufficient towels either they forgot towels or milk, or coffee or something. The stuff to make coffee or tea were old. We stayed for a week.
Front desk staff were excellent. Overall excellent place."
"The beautiful pool and spa amenities at this hotel make it one of the most relaxing places to take a break. Enjoy the heated pool, the snail shower, the steam room…."
"We very much enjoyed our stay here. We found the breakfast a good start for each day. The stay were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms whilst compact were clean and quiet and daily room service was maintained. Would we stay here again yes we would.
The location was good also with easy access to city and sights."
"Stayed at the Grand Chancellor Auckland and honestly, the rooms were great, the location was spot on, but let’s be real—the true five-star experience was the bar staff. I don’t know what kind of magic training they’ve had, but I’m convinced they could mix a cocktail blindfolded while simultaneously solving world peace."
