Be an early bird and be at this restaurant at 10 in the morning on the weekend to avoid the hour long queue. Do order the soup dumpling that is served with a bowl of soup. Put the hot dumpling in the spoon, add some soup into the spoon and top with the vinegar ginger, just heavenly! This dumpling is smaller than the regular xiao Lon bao and serving with soup is a very traditional way and rarely done this way these days. This soup dumpling is only available at din tai fung from 10:00 to 11:30 on the weekends.

The room is clean except the bathroom design is bad to collect water next to the tub so that dirt is accumulated. The location is very good. It is next to subway, restaurant, local eateries and easy to get around to sightseeing.
