Don't hold hotel rooms for those who pay
The company has a policy that they do not hold hotel rooms for those who prepay. They give the room away and then try to find them a room at another location. The front desk guy was good to try to help the Patron to relocate. they also don't return the money to the customer. terrible policy

Mi è capitata una cosa grave. All'arrivo alla mezza di notte la camera non c'era, io avevo prenotato e pagato. Ho dovuto aspettare un'ora e mezza ed essere trasferita in una camera di fortuna in un altro hotel fuori dal centro. Ho aperto procedura di rimborso totale, in hotel mi hanno suggerito di farlo.
