"We have stayed here many times. The staff are always very accommodating and helpful. They do need to do some upgrades though. The wifi does not work on the TV so you can't stream or listen to music. Also the pool area was a little cringy. My boys didn't want to go in. No jets on the hot tub either. "

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was a little noisier it that’s to be expected with a family friendly hotel that has a water park. My only suggestion would be to include non pork options other than breads. The first morning there were plain scramble eggs which was a great protein option, but the next few mornings the egg choice had ham in it with the other hot option being sausage. "
