"All over it was a good property to stay with my family. Living room is bit packed with dining table and chairs. There wasn't any tea bags/coffee or suger, luckily there is a shop 1 min walk managed to buy some. First time we used the cooker spider came out from cooker hood. Wasn't the best experience but it was funny."

"The property is right on a very busy main road, the main bedroom is at the front so traffic noise is an issue. The curtains aren’t blackout curtains so street lights are an issue and one being faulty and strobing intermittently didn’t help. The exterior of the front could definitely do with some tlc as well. "Lovely hotel, reception staff weee very polite & welcoming. Thanks goes to the kind house keeper who supplied items in our room despite it not been on her job list. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options. The only thing we found was the toaster took a while to toast the bread. The staff were again very pleasant and the food was served hot and quickly. There is a nice bar and area, also there is a lovely outside seating tovtake in the view. The only negative niggle was the beautiful views from our room was slightly spoilt because the windows needed cleaning. Otherwise its a great hotel, lovely beach, play area for children, ideal for walkers. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
