The staff is incredible- always helpful, joy filled smiles & will help arrange car transportation, any tour needs & offer their own tours. The food was good (again the views!!) Clean, free water whenever you need/want, good beds & accommodations. It’s located in Giza, right across from pyramids; about 30min to airport, 45min to central Cairo attractions.
