"The shuttle service was unclear and we had to pay a taxi. This was a huge disappointment. We asked numerous airport staff with no results. Hotel staff at check in did not seem to care either. Put the detaills in tbe booking!!"

Bell hops and guest relations were spot on. Special compliments to Oustina, Isabella, and Fernando for great assistance to watch for our lost luggage!"

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was exactly as described. The pool area was nicer than expected. Some people think the area is too small, but there are sunbeds below the pool, with lovely views out to see. There is also a couple of bars on the roof. It is also worth visiting the lobby bar on the first floor of the hotel. It was peaceful and cool (temperature). The hotel is in a great location for exploring Barcelona, but it was also very peaceful. My only issue was, it was very hot and the air conditioning wasn't as affective as required. I would however stay again. Really enjoyed it. "
