"Clean and spacious hotel. Excellent beds and shower. Nice entertainment music. Nice pools. Good buffet. The only thing I didn't like is the fact we have to pay for water at the buffet. But this is the case with most Spanish hotels I think."

The lobby bar’s cocktails and an impromptu rum masterclass were unexpected highlights. The spa was a true sanctuary. The therapists were lovely, and the range of treatments and facilities — from saunas and sensory showers to yoga on the terrace — created the perfect setting for relaxation. Accessibility was considered throughout, and I found using the facilities simple and safe. The Ritz Carlton Abama is a shining example of how luxury and accessibility can exist side by side. "We travelled with our family. Age ranged from 5 to 77. The hotel suited all our needs. A most helpful, caring and welcoming staff. Lots of activities for everyone. "

"The hotel is great in general. Showers will need some upgrading. Very close to the airport. Lovely staff except for one female at the reception. Dinner Buffet changes theme daily which is good. Quiet and nice crowd. Bonus point goes to the activities such as bingo at 5 pm. "
