"I had the 3 bedroom penthouse. It looked like the pictures. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. This property is walking distance from just about everything. The deskperson Ray was so welcoming and helpful. My only downfall was the late replies from the host. I never received the online check-in from them, however when I arrived at the property Ray checked me in with no problem. My other issue was the Sunday morning female at the desk (I forgot her name). Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am. My cruise appointment wasn't until 1:30pm. I asked the female desk person for a 1pm late check-out. The male flat out told me no, because someone will be in that room at 4pm. I asked for a manager, she told me that there's no manager on the weekend. Other than these two issues, my family and I enjoyed our stay. My family and I also have a reservation for this same room when we return from our cruise. I highly recommend this property."
