"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we encountered a loud party late at night, we went downstairs to complain at 10:53 PM, only to be told they couldn't check on the issue until after 11:00 PM. This policy felt wild and unprofessional, especially when noise disturbances are often time-sensitive. At 2:00 AM, the party was still going strong. Although the music was quieter, the bass and constant door slamming continued to disrupt our sleep. I sent a message to the hotel at that time, but it was completely ignored until late the next day. When they finally responded, they informed me that the noisy guests had left the hotel and that the night would be more peaceful. Unfortunately, by then the disturbance had already ruined our night. Due to the lack of timely response and poor handling of the situation, we decided to leave the hotel that night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The noise complaint was mishandled and the response was far too late to be helpful."

"We checked into our 2 bedroom suite that we paid for, up front, 4 months earlier only to be put into a 1 bedroom loft for a mom and two large teenage boys. The loft is upstairs and has a queen bed. I booked two bedrooms for a reason. I got no sleep being kicked by a teenager. The only thing they offered us as compensation was a full discount so we could go elsewhere. Where else could we go in Miami during spring break? The only thing available is the Ritz for $10,000 next-door. While we were out they came in and put a massive queen sized air mattress in the middle of our living/dining space. Did not solve the problem that we paid for two bedrooms and got one. Their great solution only made our room uglier and more cluttered. They act like I’m crazy for being upset that I was sold two bedrooms, paid for them, and only got one. I expect bare bones from this place. I have been here before. But I expect to get what I paid for. This was a switcheroo. They claimed that the system changed my booking to a loft with one bedroom. It’s impossible to believe that the system did that all on its own. They didn’t like that they had sold us a room at the price I paid during Black Friday when I planned this. They decided to sell our room to someone else at a higher price and downgrade us. Totally dishonest. Everyone I talked to said that they needed to ask someone else, check with someone else, they didn’t know, weren’t in charge etc… This is my 3rd visit here and it will be my last."

"I am astonished how they are open. It’s the most disgusting place I’ve ever have stayed. We booked a king with sofa bed. Doesn’t exist. No air conditioning in the rooms we went through three rooms each more disgusting than the last. We couldn’t find any other place. The final room black mold blowing out the vent all over the toilet we all couldn’t breathe. The pool closes at 7. It was so gross half the elevator would work no ice the place should be condemned and closed. I want a full refund. "

"The hotel is dated, but was in fairly good condition. We got there late and left early...the beds were very comfortable and that's all that mattered. Breakfast was included which was helpful for get going...they had hot options, but we are vegetarian and the sausage wasn't for us...but the continental was fine. Staff were lovely, the pool looked fun, but we didn't use it. Lots of parking. "
