"Great hotel with huge rooms. Loved all the amenities however, the

needs to be heated, as it was very cold. Also didn't have hot water in our room. Water got mildly warm sometimes but not hot. They sent someone to repair it twice and they said it was fixed, but the issue persisted. When we told the staff they were wonderful and offered us a discount, so over all a very good experience."
