"Good location. The lobby was clean. The rooms were not entirely clean; they had white sheets and a comforter, but the comforter was not clean. Not all the rooms have a microwave, and they only had one tiny microwave in the lobby. I had to ask several times for fresh towels. When they finally took the soiled towels, they only left one clean towel. When I saw the cleaning lady (Eulalia), I asked her for a couple of towels, and she didn't even say hi. She acted annoyed and gave us one towel. There was another issue with checkout times and being over charged. The breakfast is the same every day; they don't change the protein. They should consider it since not everyone eats eggs."

"Beautiful place, amazing beach and resort views from our room. Beds were so comfortable, our in room jacuzzi was everything. Everyone was helpful and kind. The entire vibe and ambiance is just what I needed after the longest Ohio winter ever. Also the passion fruit mojito made by the skilled bar tender at the main lobby bar was perfection! Couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay for my 40th birthday! will definitely book here again next time I visit the area !"

"We had a fantastic stay here. The service was absolutely first-class from start to finish, and the staff was super attentive and very helpful throughout our trip. The pool area is amazing and definitely a highlight. We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues when we first arrived (the electricity was out in our room and the ice machine was down), but the team addressed and fixed them incredibly quickly. Highly recommend it for the top-notch hospitality!"

"I had an overnight layover - the hotel was great because of it's convenience. The bed was WONDERFUL! Very comfortable and good pillows. The room was small - and for a single guest it was perfect, but if you're looking for a spacious room, this may not be the best choice. No good view from the window either - the last room on the 5th floor has a tiny window that overlooks the roof. The AC worked beautifully though the temperature adjuster is outdated. The bathroom was interesting - the toilet looks like one you'd find in a school or public restroom from the 90s - there seemed to be a lot of calcium build up on the old school lever. The faucet in the tub had a continuous leak - the plumbing appears to be pretty outdated, but the tub didn't overflow and the toilet flushed normally, so no major issues. The room was very clean. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I did have to go back to the front desk to ask for the wifi password - if you get to the room without asking you'll have to go back to the front desk. The welcome card in the room indicates the front desk should give you the password upon check in."
