"not enough towels in bathroom "

"Clean room, staff was nice and helpful, outside was clean bed was good i only had one little 😌 little problem tje shower was bad the water 💧 was coming out little bit no pressure, just like raindrops, I could take a shower outside when it's raining and fill more cleaner.That's my opinion.. Other than that, I enjoy my stay.Thank you.But I stay again.yes make sure the shower is fixed.."

"Lovely location our apartment was fantastic, great size and has everything you need.:: could have a full length mirror . Fully stocked bar but it is expensive. Has washer/dryer which was a bonus . "

"Me and my wife, reached the hotel at 1:00 AM due to delayed flight, was told that room was not ready. Asked to wait for 30 minutes. Finally at 1:40 AM, was told that there was an issue....i had to pick between (a) room with no AC (b) room without a door for bathroom. The front desk was very rude and told me I could complain to the manager who will not be available till 1:00 PM next day....while this was going on another guest who was given the same choice started to call other hotels in the area and none were available. I decided to take up "Room with no bathroom door" as we were dead tired (at 2:15 AM). We were told that we will be given a refund for $50 for inconvenience - so far I have not seen any discount or any email from the hotel. Worst hotel so far (Nightmare)."
