Excellent hotel and location. Would stay there again. Only issue is the last night of our stay the air conditioning system was making lots of noise so we were forced to shut it off and sleep without AC for the night.

Nice family hotel resort

Nice family hotel resort with the option to relax in adult designated pool and spa areas. Would expect a Hotel like the Ritz-Carlton to have a nice gourmet resteraunt focusing on adults.

We got in kind of late and left early due to a canceled flight, but the staff was very accommodating and kind. We got a great night’s sleep, hope to come back for a longer stay. We had an amazing view of the bay and the grounds were beautiful. This would definitely be a great place for a long weekend with all the amenities and dining options.

I expected more from ritz

The property is outdated, and the hallways had a weird smell. It obviously wasnt terrible but i expected more from ritz. Also keep in mind that “no view” means roof view.
