"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. "This property is need of a lot of repair. Leaks through the ceiling, peeling paint, the water tank is a real issue - you may run out of drinking water! Marks and holes in walls through the property. It is not a virtual check in you have to go collect the keys. We lost two hours trying to get hold of virtual check in. Microwave sounds like it’s going to explode and dishwasher doesn’t work. Really terrible stay. The only plus is there’s a lovely view"

"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess.
