The staff were very friendly! I had a very nice 4-long stay with my family, the location was close to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. I think the space would be a little tight for 4 people (my party only had 3 and I think that was perfect), but that is relatively normal for hotels/apartments in Tokyo, so I was very happy with the square footage. I would definitely consider staying again :)

Great location and a very nice hotel. Ueno is great place to stay. Lots to see and do. Had a gym which was great.
