Hotel was solid but not spectacular. Enjoyed our stay - good location and good price, but hotel is a bit dated and seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby due to a conference taking place during our stay. Great view towards Tokyo tower from the room, and nice and close to shinagawa station for access to the rest of the city.

Our stay was amazing. The beds are comfortable, rooms are super spacious! The shower has good pressure and best of all the Japanese Garden was beautiful with cherry blossoms.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The overall facility appeared clean and well maintained. We did not use the hotel for more than a place to rest our heads. The rooms were mostly clean and well maintained and we felt very comfortable. The only thing negative I can say is the carpets in the room were heavily stained.
