Checked in the evening of Nov 22, 2023. when I went to my room there was a garbage bin filled with garbage under the kitchen sink. Later that same evening just before taking a shower I checked the tiles on the shower walls, they looked dirty so I tried cleaning with wipes which, was very dirty especially half way down to the flooring. I took the used wipes to the front desk as proof that the rooms are not properly maintained. The male receptionist/ supervisor responded saying, "what you want me to do, if you are looking for something to complain about you will find it, there are 40 guest here and you are the only guest complaining. i replied "are you calling me a liar" he replied, "No, you are not comfortable here, leave". I stayed the night as it was approximately 10:00, the next evening I checked out. I did not sleep the night, feeling uncomfortable.

There was supposed be a free breakfast until 9 am. However both mornings by 7 there was nothing left with no staff around that you could even ask for a coffee

The room is quiet snd the bed is very comfortable but the pillows suck. So bring your own pillow but the kitchen was great to have. The breakfast was very delicious

Lack of continental Breakfast as shown, beds very worn-down hotel is showing lack of maintenance around building and inside. Toilet seat round for an oval toilet shower had a weird looking substance in the drain.

Horrible. Supposed to have continental breakfast from 6am-9am. There was nothing. When we asked how long for more eggs i was told sorry the other guests ate it. That was at 7am!!! Why wouldn't they make more?!!. No fruit, muffins, yogurt or juice. Also had to ask for coffee to be made. Rooms were adequate but need better cleaning. Staff were friendly but very limited in english which was frustrating for them and us.

Front desk is doing the minimum (process your credit card). No response to emails, didnt answer the phone, not present. There are limited choices, so i guess no need to compete. BTW, fix the doors or change them.

Not recommended.
I would not recommend this hotel. Very unclean and I felt very uncomfortable staying here. The shower was very unclean. None of the drains had plugs. The beds looked half made and unclean. I will never book another stay here that's for sure. Very bad experience.
Shower tub drain. Looks like it was not cleaned in a long time.

Never again!!
Parking lot not plowed. Entrance not shovelled. Entrance 2 sets of sliding doors were only manually functional. Nobody at front desk for 10 minutes. Room was frozen because of heater turned off. It took 3 hours to reach a comfortable level. In the morning the hallway and lobby were very cold with the free breakfast equally so and very sparse.

Overall it was the staff and little things that made me want to return or recommend this establishment. The automatic doors were broken, there is no elevator for disabled and a metal grate in front of the entrance almost broke my toe.

The bed was so comfy!!! I loved it!! My room was close to the laundry and kitchen and so was loud. And a staff member was loudly vacuuming the hallway and banging it into everything at 7am
