"Very nice place with very kind staff! The manager even offered me a ride when she saw me walking with my large suitcases and then gave me two bananas to welcome me! I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is very strong and effective. "I stayed at this hotel -the moment hotel bangkok- for five days and was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay.
The level of cleanliness was absolutely outstanding — truly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced. Both the rooms and the common areas were maintained to an exceptionally high standard, which made a huge difference to my overall experience.
The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk service was fast, pleasant, and efficient. Every question I had was answered, and I received help with every small request or issue, always with a smile and a positive attitude.
The breakfast was excellent — very tasty, with a wide variety of options, including great choices for vegetarians, which I truly appreciated.
The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it very comfortable and relaxing to sleep throughout my stay.
I would also like to especially mention the doorman, who was absolutely lovely. It was always a pleasure to see him whenever I returned to the hotel — he was welcoming, warm, and friendly at all hours of the day and night.
This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and will gladly recommend it to everyone whenever I get the chance.
