"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The amenities are lovely. The food is excellent. The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. The courtesy and etiquette of the staff is world class. We are grateful to them. Many thanks for making our stay wonderful."

"Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. Fruits and salads nice and fresh and you can order omelettes. We recommend "

"I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it.
