"There's no doubt about it, the location and view of the mountains from our apartment was exceptional and that is what we paid for. I'm fairly sure that some of the rooms had been upgraded, but not our room. The bathroom door was frosted, heavy and so noisy that you had to hang on to it to open and close it. But it didn't end there...there was zero water pressure and very cold water. I had to take a bath instead of a shower so that I could get some lukewarm water to sit in. This was changed...
