Having locked myself out, approx 10am, phoning number 3 times, the telphone was not answered by the gentleman in the office until he noticed I was looking through office windows, in the hope of finding assistance."

"We arrived earlier than expected, but the staff were kind enough to check if our room was ready and allowed us to check in two hours early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything a family with six kids could need. We also had a fantastic view of the Coral Sea. The whole family had a wonderful time, especially the kids, who absolutely loved the pool. Overall, it was a great stay and a perfect place for a family holiday. We would happily stay here again!"
