I reserved and CONFIRMED by email one room with walking shower because I have a DISABILITIY. On arrival they said that they dont have one, and the only one cost 2.000 euros. After I found the email, they found the room that I have reserved, What kind of company tries to reap off one DISABLE man in front of the whole family. Horrible
