"Traveler Disaster!!!!!! We booked 2 bedrooms unit for 5 people to stay 6 nights. We arrived at the property around 11pm, we were told they can only provide us a 1 bedroom unit with no other options. "There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay.
