"The hotel still very new and convenient with walking distance to One Utama. Hospitality wise is perfect as they provide shuttle to BU transportation hub as my mom are not able to walk long distance."

"There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay. Hair found at bed sheet when i checked in. Shower towers are DIRTY and SMELLY! I feel terrible scary to use the tower.
