The staff are very kind. Room was a little bit outdated and resembled Europe in the 50s, but there was heat and air conditioning and wifi. Free breakfast was good. We stayed next to the window and definitely heard traffic and honking but the location is great. could see cathedral and duomo from hotel window.

This hotel was a lovely surprise- very affordable in an expensive city. Close to the train station and a short walk everywhere- it was the perfect location for us. The staff was lovely. Very warm and kind. Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. We used the towels until we left. You don't get a clean towel every day and I think that's right and environmentally conscious. Hotel is spacious enough to sleep and shower. It is very close to the train station and other public transport. The rooms are located on the quiet side and not on the side of the public road. At least where we didn't sleep. You get a key to open the front doors of the hotel and with the elevator you can go to the 3rd floor where the hotel is located. If you are not picky, this is a good hotel to spend the night and shower. Supermarket right around the corner.

Nice family run hotel. We had the Quadruplet room and it was nice, big and clean. Clean shower and bath. Walls were paper thin, so we could hear everything. The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the main train station and pretty walkable everywhere. Very close to the Central Market for great food and shopping. The family that runs the hotel are really nice.

yes maybe your right our baths are made with lego you know it's much cheaper. First of all how can you say the walls are coming apart if they have marble tiles attache to bricks maybe your mistaking my hotel with a caravan you stayed in some where.

Charging my card 3 times + no toilet seat
The hotel charged me 3 times the fees that they should charge. Firstly I am supposed to pay at the hotel when I booked via hotels.com but they charged my card straight away. Then when I got to the hotel they charged the same card twice. I got the SMS notifications and told the hotel. He promised to sort it out but now my credit card statement shows double charges. I now have to lodge two complaints and stop my card. Hotel location is convenient and condition OK but strangely there is no toilet seat in our room! We had to do a make shift toilet seat using a towel ... despite that we were reasonably OK with it when we were there, but now I can’t believe I have been charged 3 times the fees!!!

Your payments have been canceled I explained exactly what happened as there was a double booking with your name. So it's not the hotels fault and the seat has been put in the toilet it was in order as they are a special size.

This property is outdated and not maintained to any reasonable standard. Firstly, the rooms are extremely and don’t expect the plumbing will work, for instance there were problems with toilet flushing, sink and shower water drainage and a missing toilet seat to mention just a few. Furthermore, TV reception was very poor, however, staff were excellent in every way.

Well basically you slept in a tent if everything seemed so ruined are baths are all new and were restructured 3 years ago.

Classic Roma no more
Classic Roma is a myth, it has been taken over by another company. We arrived, walked up and down looking and asking for it. Eventually located it through some assistance. No name anywhere for our booked hotel. It is now under Rome Art Hotel. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room located in another building to where you check in. Room has very cheap furniture, drawers don't open, door to bathroom did not close, bathroom sink had no plug or grate, so easy to lose stuff down the drain. Housekeeping on two occasions unlocked door and came in, whilst we were there - they did not knock. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

Hello you have made a mistake my hotel is Hotel Angelica and it's not in Rome but in Florence can you please correct as soon as possible as negative feedback will go to my hotel.
