The location of the property is very conveniently located from the main train station. All of the other tourist attractions are a short walk away. The Room we had (419) was good with an updated bathroom and quiet, since we had requested a room like that based on the other reviews from this hotel.

Loved our stay here. The room was great, the staff was amazing, and the location is as convenient as we could want. We were able to explore Florence during the day and night as the location allowed us to go back and forth. Lots of great food options close by, with all attractions within a 30-40 min walk. The rooms were clean, room service available without hassle, and the staff was lovely. Can't say enough nice things about them. Only con is the shower was a bit tight for space and location of bidet was inconvenient. But not a big deal at all for the short 3 night stay.

Great quiet hotel close to the station

Surprisingly quiet hotel less than 5 minutes walk from Florence SMN train station. Friendly welcome, cosy quiet comfortable room, no noise from the street (nor nearby breakfast room!). The reception staff were really friendly and chatty, helping with tips on where to eat etc Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient hotel

Very convenient to the railway station, a few mins walk. Only 10 mins walk to attractions. The hotel was clean and modern inside. Or room want ready when we arrived but everyone else's room seemed ready. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to the train strike but didn't get any compensation. The breakfast was good.
