The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave!

Nice room. The bathroom was modern and clean. We went to bar area at 8pm but choices were limited and no one else was there. The breakfast was excellent with many choices for coffee drnks. Great variety and quality.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the station and centre of Florence. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast each day was delicious and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when visiting the city.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom was spotless, bright, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wow, so many options and staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Florence ❤️

Wonderful Stay
Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Even when I had to leave early before breakfast was served for a work meeting, they packed me a bagged breakfast. Very friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage after checkout while we squeezed in a few more hours of sight seeing.

Perfect Hotel in Florence
Our stay at Hotel Rapallo was perfect. The location was away from the busy areas but close enough to walk to all the shopping, restaurants, museums, and hot spots in the city. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a huge terrace. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and had tea time in the evening. Tea time was such a great addition to our stay, it was a great way to wind down after a busy day. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful when we asked for directions or recommendations. This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. If we return to Florence we will definitely stay again!

3 sisters husbands enjoyed our 7 night stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station and 22 minutes to the Duomo. 25€ for a taxi to/from the airport, our preferred choice over 1.75€ train when you have suitcases. Free breakfast every morning with delicious croissants and a wide variety of pastries, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, made to order omelets and sandwiches, and coffees. Free bottled water to take on your daily adventures. At the end of your day, they have free tea time treats from 17:00-20:00. You can also order alcohol beverages, most cost 12€. Our rooms were nice sized and well-lighted; refrigerator was filled with water (still & sparkling); and the bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. The key card had to be in the slot in order for the lights to work (it took my sis 10 minutes to figure that out). The staff was very helpful and we appreciated the dinner reservations they made for us at Trattoria Zà Zà. Although not in the busy, city center, if you are in walking shape, I recommend staying at Hotel Rapallo when visiting Firenze.

Hotel Rapallo was an oasis for us in Florence. The included breakfast started our day off very well, and the evening tea and snacks bookends the day after a long day of exploring. The core of Florence was within walking distance with many restaurants nearby. I have to call out the staff in particular. They were extremely polite and pleasant with all our enquiries. What a well run hotel!

During the checkout process, we were never greeted; rather, we were told that we could not stop our vehicle in the front, and that we needed to move it, even though we were just dropping off luggage to return our car. The man at the check-in was extremely rude.

Wonderful hotel with walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Only 12 minutes walk from main train station. Hotel was clean, newly renovated and exceptional and accommodating staff. One of the best hotels we stayed so far in Europe. Would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was perfect for us. It was a nice walk about 10 minutes from the main tourist attractions. There were plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel that were brilliant. The hotel couldn't do enough for you. They gave good tips on where to go and what to do, they had a beautiful breakfast avaliable and they also hostest complimentary afternoon tea and coffee. It worked well for us as we would come back to the hotel to freshen up for going out in the evening.

The hotel is quaint and clean, the new renovations is noticeable, the room was a good size, the breakfast had plenty to offer, since this was included it was great. You can have the small buffet of pastries, eggs, fruit, or cereals. Or you can order off a small menu at no additional cost. The cappuccino and the americano caffe was delicious. The owner recommended the walking tour for us and Makayla the guide was very knowledgeable and showed us around from the san marco square to the ponte vecchio. Makayla was very fluent in English and was very patient and informative. I’m giving it 5 stars because i have nothing negative to say. Especially for the location and the price in peak season.

The room was clean and quiet. The HVAC was blowing a bit too much right on you in bed, so we turned it off. As a result it was a little hot at night. The bed was very comfortable. The employees were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was better than most hotels. They offered to cook omelets.

Truly a gem! The staff was helpful with directions, dinner reservations, and a glass of wine even when the bar was closed. 😊 The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were decent sized. Good location in Florence…quiet but close proximity to the sights.

Lorenzo was the kindest person we have encountered in all our travels across Italy. All of the staff were warm and kind. Very good restaurants close by. Wonderful hotel, highly recommended.
