"Breakfast food options were very nice. Had wait in line to get coffee from a machine. Only one electric kettle for the whole dining room, the beverage service could be improved. We were not aware that the room is only serviced every 7 days. I went back to the hotel information and is way at the botton of the page. It shoud have been nice to be notified at check in and not be surprised after a coming back from a long day out. We went to both restaurants the one next to the pool was the one we liked the most, we went twice, we had a lovely dinner, the experience at fine dining option was not great. Overall the property is very nice, the room was comfortable. The location is great."

"Perfect for 3 nights in Lisbon. Nice and convenient location. Breakfast was great! Room appears smaller due to unique design of the bathroom with separate shower, toilet & vanity. Amazing exercise facilities with indoor pool, steam room etc. Exceptional staffs. Polite and helpful! Thank you! "

"This is such a wonderful place. Updated, modern rooms in an older building on a quiet street. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and cocktail hour was great. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Positives were that the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was ok and the staff did their best to help. However, for a multi floor hotel, it’s dreadful that there isn’t an elevator. We had to cary two very heavy cases up six flights of stairs. The hotel is in the centre of Lisbon but the main entrance is in a back street, when we arrived there was a beggar in the entrance area trying to get money off us. There was also a bin store there with rubbish spilling onto the floor. Dreadful first impression. Whoever hands out star ratings for these places needs to have another look at this one, definitely not worth the money, we’ll never stay there again. "
