Hotel is setup across 2 buildings and we were in the building up the street from reception but this wasn’t an issue. The room was clean and we had a view onto Rossio Square but being on the 4th floor we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was good and it was quiet on both mornings.

The room was spotless! The staff were so very friendly and helpful. They even came to our room to hep us with the coffee maker. My husband’s birthday occurred while we were there and they brought him a small cake with candles!! Also the hotel is with in walking distance of many sites and good restaurants and the metro!!

This was a great stay for the location alone and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time in Lisbon. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was a little on the warm side and we were immediately provided a fan as soon as we communicated this to the front desk. Room was cleaned daily and beds were very comfortable. Again, we loved the location. Shopping and restaurants all around. Minutes walk to the waterfront, Alfama, Chiado or Bairro Alto and many main sites. It’s a simple 3 star hotel but a really nice one at that and excellent value for the nightly price.
