"Well equipped apartment in a great position close to many attractions and metro/tram/bus routes. Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc. Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids. Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And...

"We were so nervous about this place that we initially booked just one night. The second we saw our apartment we booked the rest of our stay, and by the time we left, we booked a future stay. You won’t be wowed by the outside. But once you get inside… for us, it was the friendly staff, the impressive and beautiful common room, and our spacious and well-equipped apartment. Add an unbeatably central location, and I don’t know why we’d ever willingly stay anywhere else in Lisbon."

"A friend and I stayed 7 days at this guest house. There were many excellent things about this place. First, it is super clean - everything is sanitized and cleaned daily. Second, the sitting area and solarium (it's what I call it) is very cute and cozy. Third, the rooms are charming and the mattress very comfortable. Each room has its own air conditioner for your convenience. Fourth, the neighbourhood is very safe with Parque metro station right across from the guest house - very convenient....

"We were in 1E on the 5th level with amazing 270 degree views of the river and city. Very nice, clean, modern, comfortable 1BR with living and dining areas and kitchen. Manager Luis was extremely responsive and helpful. Sr. Fado across the street offered a nice evening of dinner and fado. In the heart of Alfama, so it was an easy walk to many terrific sights.
