Located in the heart of Lisbon tourist area with authentic feel and abundance of things to do around you. Spacious and well furnished comfortable suite. No elevator though. If have disability neither the hotel nor the area its located are convenient

LOVED this property. The decor was cute and the space was clean. We had a couple issues with the circuit breaker and the lights going out a couple of times but reception was quick to help fix the issues. Would definitely recommend!

Moisture and mold

The smell of moisture and mold in the room were horrible.We entered the room at 11pm to avoid being for a long time and we left it before 8am. when We wake up literally sick with headache and closed nose. The woman at the reception pretend that nobody mention this before. We were lucky to book in it only one night (the price was much higher than the other wonderful hotel we stayed in)

When we checked in, the room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the sink, a used toothbrush on the counter, and hair in the shower. Before we went to dinner we let the front desk know thinking they would clean it up while we were gone but they did not. Very disappointing that we felt like we slept in an unclean room.

Good, if you check in before 4pm

Satisfactory room and bathroom. Clean with nice linens. However, check in was disappointing when it was supposed to be easy via an app on my phone. I informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking in at 6pm, thus later than their 4pm front desk, and after following their instructions for downloading a hotel key app beforehand and verifying my account, I was not given a room and had to call while standing at the door of the hotel. Thankfully the third person I was transferred to helped me by resetting my reservation in their system. If she hadn't answered the phone, I would have been standing on the sidewalk with my baby and no room to check into.

sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, gute Lage in Bairro Alto, viele Restaurants im unmittelbaren Umfeled, trotzdem recht ruhig, Supermarkt etwas weiter entfernt (10 Minuten zu Fuß), Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen nicht wirklich, Auto macht in diesem Stadteil keinen Sinn, wir haben unseren im übrigen Land genutzten Mietwagen deshalb einige Tage früher als geplant zurückgegeben wer gut zu Fuß ist, ist in dieser Herberge und in Lissabon allgemein gut aufgehoben, vor Ankunft leider wohl keine Kommunikation zwischen dem zentralen Reservierungsbüro und dem Front-Desk im Haus, da unsere im Vorfeld per E-Mail mitgeteilten Informationen im Haus selbst nicht bekannt waren, Abfluß des Waschbecken war bei Ankunft verstopft, es hat fast 36 Stunden gedauert, bis die Säuberung des Abflußrohres erfolgte, recht dunkles Zimmer im Keller, Frühstück auf dem Zimmmer einfach und eintönig, lediglich die frischen Obstsorten wechselten etwas, gut ausreichende Mengen trotz der genannten Einschränkungen würden wir dort nochmals unterkommen wollen

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us in so many ways. Even before we arrived, they offered to help navigate the city. The apartment is very cute and spacious. The location is great. Right in the middle of restaurants/bars area of the city but quiet inside the building.

The location had the old town charm for Lisbon and easily walkable to dining, shopping ,etc. We were only there one nigh but for a longer stay it was small for more than 2 people. The street is also very narrow, including the streets leading to it, making it difficult for cars to get in and out. It was a tight squeeze for our Ubers. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay at My Suite Lisbon. The apartment was a great size, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location with Walking distance to everywhere. The staff were very attentive, helpful and were so lovely with our young son who had lots of questions about Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning a trip for next year

Struttura pulita e in posizione ottima , sia per ristoranti che per il centro città. Camera spaziosa e bagno comodo e pulito . Unica pecca il divano letto che aveva l’ultima parte dei piedi completamente sfondata e risultava molto scomodo . Mentre il letto matrimoniale perfetto.
