"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. You will NOT find better communication or service anywhere else in Europe. We will return to Salzburg and will ONLY stay at Townhouse Weisses Krenz!!!"
"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"Room was a little small but adequate, reception manager was friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was good (continental) Hotel is excellently situated in a central position within the old town, all sights within walking distance.

"We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the beds were the most comfortable in our weeks travel around Germany! Our flight was canceled and we were disappointed they had no availability! We would recommend this hotel to friends! "
