"Friendly welcome on checking in and throughout our stay. Breakfast had a variety of choice and plentiful. We stayed in room 101 which was advertised as a basic double room. It was small and compact, though clean and in hindsight we would have booked a better sized room. The hotel itself is in a good location. We did experience loud noise from outside late evening and early morning and had to keep our window closed. Overall a pleasant experience."

"The breakfast is exceptional, every thing to suit all tastes. Had an evening meal, however the evening we ate they had a limited menu. However everyone enjoyed their meal, attention to detail and staff amazing."

"My higher category roomtype was not available at check in. That could have been resolved early in the day when I dropped off luggage, but it was not addressed until late afternoon upon my return. Compensation was not offered until I asked. Dissapointing."

"The breakfast was very good. The room was great, lucky to have a river view. The view from the terrace while having a drink and from the restaurant was very nice. The sauna was great, on from a little after 16.00 I would have loved a kettle in the room and the menu wasn’t extensive and as a carnivore generally had the veggie option which happened to be very tasty. "

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room is a bit small, but clean. The bathroom is also very small, but clean. Breakfast is nice and fresh, nothing out of the ordinary. What was nice for the kids is that they had coloured eggs at Easter. The hotel is close to the train station, which is great if you travel by public transport. On quiet mornings you can hear the train announcements from the room, but I find that quite soothing. Parking is not great if you travel by car. If you’re lucky you may find a space, but it tends to be quite busy with residents’ cars. Shops and nightlife are not far away: Koblenz is small enough to be walkable, which I love. Lovely hotel, I will certainly return here if I use plane and train, but not sure if I travel by car."

"Great place, not near regular tourist stuff but accessible enough! The staff was nice and the rooms were spacious. We had a 3 person room and it was perfect! Had parking. Didn’t try the dining options. "
