This is an outstanding hotel at an excellent price. The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world with a fantastic selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury. The eco-garden was lovely and the facilities looked great even though there was no time to experience them on a very short visit. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzis would have been an undoubted highlight if our stay hadn’t been so short. June is a quiet and comparatively chilly month in Iguazu. In the summer months I would think the outdoor area would prove very popular, especially for families. The room had a well stocked fridge at reasonable prices and there was a useful souvenir shop in reception. The only drawback was the somewhat isolated location. A vehicle would be essential. That said it was pretty easy to order a taxi.

When I booked for 2 rooms I thought each room will be the same room each other….‘couse I payed for 2 same rooms and not for different…and they me for me and my sister complete different rooms…my was good exactly what I booked and the 2nd room poor with cockroaches…disgusting

No fue agradable llegar al hotel, la habitación nueva, bonita pero no funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado, nos ofrecieron 3 habitaciones diferentes pero en ninguna funcionaba, la explicación fue que "están en obras", finalmente nos dieron otra habitación donde funcionaba bien, nos ofrecieron una gentileza de almuerzo en la pisicina, al hacer el check out nos quisieron cobrar el almuerzo.

Hotel confuso com vários tipos de quarto, estavamos em casal com nosso filho de 4 anos e nao tinha cama para ele no quarto que reservei. Hotel ofereceu um quarto pior, nao aceitamos e colocaram um berço horrivel no quarto. Quarto era novo e limpo mas a estadia nao foi boa.

O hotel tem como pontos positivos o espaço do quarto, com edredom nas camas e dois travisseiros por pessoa, tv e ar condicionados novos. O cafe da manha é bom, esta proporcional ao tamanho do restaurante e os itens sao gostosos, boas variedades, indelizmente encerra as 10:00h nos fina de semana, quando a maioria dos horeis encerra as 10:30h. O destaque maior é para a area de piscina, que esta bel feita, e tem musica ao vivo sabado e domingo a tarde, o clima fica intimista e é bem gostoso. O restaurante a comida é boa, e de todos os hoteis que fiquei em foz esse é o que tem preço mais justo. Sala de jogos eletronicos para as crianças e sessao de cinema bastante confortáveis.Os pontos negativos sao a iluminação do quarto, precisa distribuir as luz e no apto 115 so tem um ponto na parede. Esse é um hotel familiar, entao o sorriso e simpatia sao importantes na recepção. Os demais funcionarios de outras areas sao bem mais simpaticos. É um hotel em reforma gradativa entao tende a ficar melhor. Acredito que tenha que colocar uma academia com urgencia.

En general muy buena la estadia, pero hubo un apagón general y lluvia muy intensa y la pasamos mal. No había generador ni luz de emergencia en las habitaciones y tuvimos que alumbrarnos con nuestros celulares. Nuestros amigos en otra habitación enfrente tuvieron que ser evacuados al 1er piso porque se les inundó la habitación, al parecer aguas residuales, inclusive entro algo por debajo de nuestra puerta y el olor era evidente. Este es relato de una estadía que podría haber sido muy buena, pero este episodio le resta muchos puntos. Hasta la próxima. Gracias.

Para férias com familia não é bom

Um hotel com higiene e serviços bons! Porém os funcionários do hotel e da loja fazem um paredão para te cercar e oferer produtos e serviços, chega a ser chato e não nos deixam a vontade de passar por ali, principalmente para ir até a sala de café da manhã ou brinquedos. Depois das 22h o hotel fica escuro, o parquinho fica isolado e escuro, e não tem nada para fazer por lá. Na minha opinião o hotel é muito bom para quem vai turistar na cidade ( que usa o hotel só para dormir)e não é bom para quem vai tirar ferias com família na intenção de aproveitar o que o hotel oferece, pois quem está de férias não quer dormir cedo e tem intenção de aproveitar o máximo, e este hotel não oferece nada, nem lugar para se distrair após as 22h. Os games são todos pagos. Sala do café da manhã muito gelada.

Estadia muito agradável

O hotel é bem bacana, tem uma estrutura de diversão/recreação muito boa, amplo espaço, esta passando por reforma. Para quem tem crianças a equipe de recreação é muito boa e atenciosa, além de ter um parquinho na parte interna novo muito bom. Fica na rodovia em direção as cataratas, com fácil acesso ao shopping.
