The hotel was just ok. It's great if you are with your family and need a middle of the road hotel. I was highly annoyed by the idea that I had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi. The buffet dinner and breakfast options were good. This hotel is a very economic option. I wish I had researched more before staying at the hotel.

Staffs are nice. Although the huge hot pool was broken and under maintenance, the staff gave me wrong information every day and told me it's fixed! There was no tissue in the room. The restaurant didn't have the bill. You have to guess how much we ate.

Our 2nd stay was great, too!

Really enjoyed the improved pool bar menu this year! This is a great location to see both the Brazil and Argentina parks for the IguaƧu waterfalls. It's also easy to get to from the airport (Uber works well here).

Great place to stay with kids due to the waterpark and other activities. Not walkable to the town, nor to the falls but close. Very close to the bird sanctuary.

Very clean and well maintained, friendly staff. This property is in between Foz De Iguazu and Igauzu Falls. There is nothing shopping or restaurants at a walkable distance from this property. You need a car or some kind of transportation to go to Foz de Iguazu or to the falls. Fortunately Uber was very convenient. Even at 11:30 in the night we were able to get a Uber from a restaurant in Foz de Iguazu to this resort.

We loved our rooms and the cleanliness of the property. They really thought about some small details to make the guest experience better. the staff were friendly and very responsive. The only comment I have would be the food. It was okay! mostly interesting food for kids but not very high quality which is a common issue at any resort or hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Brand New with Excellent Service

The hotel is quite new and comfortable. The rooms are ample, clean and well maintaned. There are two restaurants. Since I used halfboard, I got breakfast and dinner included, and used just one of them. The breakfast was very good, the dinner not so. The food could be better prepared. Overall the hotel is excellent and very close to all atractions in Foz do IguaƧu. From reception to housekeeping you got a competent and very friendly service.
