Nice clean hotel. Staff was super friendly. We were disappointed the sheets had holes and appeared very worn (wouldn’t stay on the bed)

A young man running the front desk in the morning provided the most excellent service. We were having trouble with our two year old (my son is very demanding and fussy) and he was so patient and understanding. He even came over and wiped up the floor after my son spilt water on the floor.

The ADA room was spacious, and very clean. It had great functionality for handicapped people, including a rolling table, massive bathroom, bench in tub/shower, electric/button controlled blinds, etc. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, full refrigerator, microwave, and you can have an electric burner if needed, etc. Great, convenient location, near restaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

We did not like the shower, the shower soap or shampoo. Water pressure was not good. Temperature was on the cooler side. Shower floor was extremely slippery, and I am disabled so had a hard time. Bigger bath mat would have been good.

The whole someone on the floor above us was either bouncing a ball or running when that shop at about 10pm. The they were cars outside doing durn outs and that last for 45 mins. Then at 7am the noise from the floor started again

The stay was pleasant outside of the check-in process. First room, the TV did not work, second room the main door pushed right open, didn’t lock. After our 3rd room in an hour since check in we were finally able to rest after a 13 hour drive. Main elevators are continually broken and the breakfast offered was not replenished after items ran out. Breakfast ran until 10 but was out of many items before 8am.

The first room assigned the AC compressor made noises upon starting, the second room 523 had large bugs that we kept encountering while trying to relax from a long drive. I killed a total of 5. My wife did not sleep well concerned about more bugs showing up. The front desk stated these bugs are common to the area and they don’t bite. I still think a room should come with no bugs. If I had not pre paid through Expedia I would of changed Hotel.

There was a dirty plate in our dishwasher when the sign said all the dishes were clean. The body wash bottle was empty in our room. The carpet had lots of stains

OK not great
It was slightly disappointing for the price we paid. While it is a nice location and is kept up quite well, there was no shower soap, too few towels, too few pillows and an OK breakfast that is heavy on carbs. For $200 a night with tax I expected more and for less.

Great for families with little ones. We were able to keep our 18 months old fruit and milk in the large fridge and wash his bottles and clean his snack box in the sink.

Would never recommend, very dirty bathroom mold in showers all around base, rooms are not well kept up.. Breakfast if you like eating frozen sandwiches or frozen microwaved food! Luckily Starbucks was close.. never again. I checked reviews prior to booking and they did not align with our expectations.

There were a few maintenance issues that seem to be on-going and not addressed. The elevators were not consistently in service (advised because of over use), which made me uncomfortable to use them at all. We opted for the use of the stairs for safety concerns. The lock on our bathroom door was strange and didn't lock correctly. My biggest complaint is the lack of tv channels! There was not one channel for a child to watch, and no access to streaming platforms as an alternative. In 2023, there is no reason to only have 10 channels.
