"The side door stays open in order for it to close behind you it has to be pulled in hard and no one does that so it stays open, the room needed to be wiped down, i had to get clorox wipes at DG and wipe them. Its a bit filthy carpets dont seem vaccummed, depending on the staff the breakfast is good, the location is near a rundown side of town, lots of labor workers staying for work in the area. It was safe place and it had great breakfast and coffee. The water pressure in the shower is weak and takes a long time to heat up. "

"The place is very clean with very good services. The staff are very nice and friendly. The free breakfast, dinner time snacks and drinks were great! We will definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel room was horrible! Smelled like weed and cigarettes like if someone had just smoked there. The bed sheets were dirty had cigarette holes in them. The towels, the couch, the desk, the door to the bathroom, the walls etc. were filthy! You can tell they don’t even use bleach to wash their whites. There was also a weird hand print on the bathroom and a splatter on the ceiling of the room. The only reason we stayed there was because it’s close to the Frost Bank Center. You can tell they do not change the sheet beds after every costumer. "

"I paid $300 which is overpriced for a room like I had. 2 towels, 1 open toilet paper, not a luxury motel. Please rent a luxury hotel. Was charged extra for parking & for credit card and $ 50 deposit fee on top of the $300"
