"The room does. It look like the pictures, it is more rundown and outdated. The towels were too thin and had a bunch of hair in them. The AC unit is too noisy. Also the coffee maker had water from what I can guess was an previos service, I could not risk using it for I don’t know how long the water had been there. the room served its purpose but it could have been more pleasant."

"The area and building outside was a little rough, but the rooms were really nice and the staff was good. Very good price. Will stay again."

"The staff was rude i do not understand when it was paif up front why a deposit is required. As i was walkkng out of my room to start loading ny car the housekeeping staff rudely asked if i was done. As i was wqlking out there was two families complaining of bed bugs on the second floor. I was not able to open the outside door with my key even though it says to use room key to open. I had to walk around 3 times."

"It's pet-friendly. The carpets were stained, the air conditioner was the best, the shower curtain was kinda nasty, but the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable."

"We booked here because it is close to the Frost Bank Center, and a great price! It's an older hotel, but it was perfect for what we needed. Our room had 2 king beds and was really spacious. AC worked great and the linens were clean. I'd stay again. "

"Slow internet, pool was closed, Ice machine broke, dryer was broke, only one Tv worked didn’t have a remote, bed was uncomfortable, bath tube was dirty had to shower in slides, bath tube stopper didn’t work, lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t cook with my electric pan because it was a none smoking hotel, house keeping never check to see if we needed anything the four days we where there didn’t offer to clean the room or take the trash."
