"The room should not be available there was no smoke alarm towel racks in the restroom was hanging off the wall ready to fall at any giving moment the stove was missing the knobs the light switch near the stove was completely gone the hot water knob on the vanity faucet broken to the point it would come off when I would try to turn on the water the cold water knob was really loose towel hooks in the vanity area were hanging so bad I couldn't even hang my towels restroom door on the inside and corner of the wall were stained with what looked like lipstick the walls in the shower need to be resealed with silicone and someone had a dog that barked all night and day the dresser drawer was broken"

"Nice location and nice rooms. The lobby smells amazing so I was hopeful that the lotion and shampoo/conditioner would as well. Not so much. The lotion smelled old so that was disappointing. Otherwise, we had a good stay and would recommend. "

"The maid staff was totally unresponsive. Left a message for wash rags (only had one for 2 night stay of two people) and no one bothered to respond. The bed cover sheet was so thin it was like paper. The management must really be trying to cut corners. There was also no concierge at the Desk, even though it was Spring Break and the hotel was packed."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Absolutely terrible experience. I would NOT recommend staying here at all. From the moment we walked in, the place smelled horrible—like a mix of mold and something rotten. The floors were filthy, clearly not cleaned in a long time, and everything just felt unsanitary. The sheets were burned and looked like they hadn’t been replaced or properly washed… disgusting. The room itself looked run down and poorly maintained. Even basic things were falling apart. To make things worse, the pool was completely green, full of trash, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever—definitely not safe or usable. On top of all that, the lady working there had the audacity to go check the room like nothing was wrong, instead of addressing the issues. Completely unprofessional. Overall, this place is extremely neglected, dirty, and not worth your money. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else."

"The bed was comfortable, but there was blood smears on the door and outside the room on the ground. There were scratches all on the bathroom door, as if someone locked their dog in there (all day long). They said that they had a breakfast “buffet. It was NOT! They had a pancake maker, but it was broken. They didn’t have eggs, waffles, or sausages like they had in their pictures. They had some biscuits, but they were stone cold. Very disappointed at this Quality Inn, because I usually like to stay at Quality Inn’s."
