"Worst hotel ever "

"We like to stay in this location when we travel to San Antonio , its very convenient. "

"The room does. It look like the pictures, it is more rundown and outdated. The towels were too thin and had a bunch of hair in them. The AC unit is too noisy. Also the coffee maker had water from what I can guess was an previos service, I could not risk using it for I don’t know how long the water had been there. the room served its purpose but it could have been more pleasant."

"The side door stays open in order for it to close behind you it has to be pulled in hard and no one does that so it stays open, the room needed to be wiped down, i had to get clorox wipes at DG and wipe them. Its a bit filthy carpets dont seem vaccummed, depending on the staff the breakfast is good, the location is near a rundown side of town, lots of labor workers staying for work in the area. It was safe place and it had great breakfast and coffee. The water pressure in the shower is weak and takes a long time to heat up. "

" The pool was nasty, the TV didn't work, the shower door didn't shut all the way. But, the woman who helped me check in was very friendly and helpful."

"The area and building outside was a little rough, but the rooms were really nice and the staff was good. Very good price. Will stay again."

"The staff was rude i do not understand when it was paif up front why a deposit is required. As i was walkkng out of my room to start loading ny car the housekeeping staff rudely asked if i was done. As i was wqlking out there was two families complaining of bed bugs on the second floor. I was not able to open the outside door with my key even though it says to use room key to open. I had to walk around 3 times."

"Dirty and splashed front doors. Dead hair in bathtub, faucet, and floor! Deteriorated scratched furniture!"
