"The house isn’t in the best neighborhood although it is very close to the event center we went to. But I was scared at night due to homeless people around. The house was very hot when we arrived but did cool down into the evening. "

We had camping gear in the bed of our truck and they were able to park our vehicle right near the entrance and keep an eye on it through the night so nothing was stolen.
