"The room was very colorful and spacious. The shower/tub combo in my room was hard for my mom to get in and out of and nothing to hold on to. There was an outdoor shower on our terrace to use instead. The lighting is a bit dim but that goes along with the ambiance in the room. Location was great. Walk to everything in coconut grove. The plants in the hotel were so pretty and the building was beautiful. The rooftop pool was awesome. Staff was great. Would def go back. "

"One of the biggest issues with the rooms are the amount plugs that there weren’t enough. I could not have my phone next to me because there wasn’t a plug close enough to the bed. That’s something that I think should be changed. Also, I think breakfast hours should be changed to 7-10 or 6:30-10"
