"We did not realize that dinner and breakfast was not included even though it said kaiseki meal in the description. One of the nearby restaurants was closed and the other would not seat foreigners. The staff did offer to call us a taxi to take us to a restaurant 10 minutes away, but we ended up eating snacks from the hotel store for dinner. Luckily we were able to add on breakfast the following morning. But our room was wonderful, staff was helpful, and the property was gorgeous."

"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"富山マラソンで、予定していたホテルが駄目になり、ここを見つけました。いわゆるファッションホテルですが、ビジネスユース可だったので躊躇することなく。 ホテルロビーで電話で職員を呼び出しして、予約の部屋に案内されました。通常だと、ロビーのパネルで部屋を選ぶようです。部屋は広いし、音も静か、会員登録すると、食事の一部サービスも付きます。ただし、駅から遠いです。翌朝は、準備運動がてらジョギングして行きました。マラソンは、無事完走出来ました。ありがとうございます。 "

"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "This place is infested with cockroaches. Told the staff when we saw cockroaches in our first room. Got given a new room and still infested with cockroaches. We accept that the rooms are basic and dated for the price we paid. But it's not dirt cheap enough to expect customers to put up with cockroaches. Expedia should consider remove it from its listing.
